Support for stress, recovery, and rest

You may come to Drift because you feel sore, tired, inflamed, congested, stressed, or simply in need of quiet. Each therapy works well on its own and even better together. All support the same goal: giving your body and mind the space to recover.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin. Tell us what you’re hoping to feel, and our team can recommend a good place to start.

BEMER Therapy

BEMER is an FDA-registered device that uses gentle electromagnetic pulses to support healthy microcirculation. This helps oxygen and nutrients move through your body, and metabolic waste clear more efficiently. BEMER has been used by NASA and by athletes around the world.

The process is simple. You remain fully clothed and lie on a mat for 8 minutes. Most people feel little to nothing, while others notice a mild tingling or gentle sensation. Many people use BEMER regularly as part of their recovery routine.

Often chosen for:

  • Physical performance and muscle recovery
  • Circulation and energy
  • Fatigue and restorative sleep
  • General recovery and wellness

Sound Bath & Meditation

A sound bath is a guided experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves from instruments such as variety of crystals, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other natural instruments. The sounds and vibrations create a calm setting for rest and meditation.

You do not need meditation experience. You only need to lie back, breathe, and give yourself time to settle.

Often chosen for:

  • Quieting mental chatter
  • Easing stress and tension
  • Deepening meditation
  • Resting and reflecting
  • Feeling more settled

Halo Salt Therapy

Halo salt therapy takes place in a quiet, climate-controlled room where tiny particles of pharmaceutical-grade salt are dispersed into the air. Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial. All you have to do is sit, breathe and rest.

  • Seasonal allergies and sinus discomfort
  • Respiratory concerns such as asthma, bronchitis, or congestion
  • Immune support during cold and flu season
  • Skin concerns such as eczema or psoriasis
  • Quiet, restorative time

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice rooted in Japanese tradition. You remain fully clothed on a massage table while a practitioner works with a light touch or hovering hands to support relaxation and balance.

Some people notice warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Reiki can be a good fit for people who feel stressed, depleted, or curious about energy work but unsure where to begin.

Often chosen for:

  • Deep relaxation
  • Stress relief
  • Emotional balance
  • A sense of calm and connection
  • Gentle support alongside other medical or therapeutic care

Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge

Infrared sauna uses gentle infrared light to warm the body directly, rather than just heating the air around you. This supports circulation and helps muscles relax. Cold plunge involves a brief dip in cold water, which causes blood vessels to constrict and then open back up once you’re out. Many athletes use this kind of heat-and-cold combination as part of their recovery routine.

The process is simple: you’ll spend time warming up in the infrared sauna, then move into a brief cold plunge for a quick, refreshing reset.

Often chosen for:

  • Muscle recovery and circulation
  • Stress relief and relaxation
  • Restorative sleep
  • Nervous system reset

LED Red Light Therapy

LED red light therapy targets your face, neck, and décolleté to support collagen, reduce signs of aging, and leave skin firmer and more radiant.

Often chosen for:

  • Aging skin
  • Acne
  • Uneven tone
  • Loss of firmness
